We are exhibiting our lines of jaw and horizontal impact crushers from Lippmann-Milwaukee and screening and washing plants from Terex-Simplicity. Both are US manufacturers with a wide range of products and design/engineering expertise.
What are its applications?
Reduction and classification of run of mine material for the mining and quarrying industries.
What makes the product unique?
Both manufacturers are new to the African marketplace but have long reputations for quality in their existing markets. Their focus is on the highest quality materials and workmanship. All products can be customized to client specifications and we offer the shortest lead times in the industry, currently averging less than 12 weeks.
Where was the product developed?
Lippmann-Milwaukee is designed and manufactured in Wisconson, USA and Terex-Simplicity is designed and manufactured in Michigan, USA.
Has the product been imported or manufactured locally?
Our products are exported out of Houston or Jacksonville in the USA and are typically imported into Durban, RSA.
On which projects, if any, has the product been used successfully?
Both manufacturers have eighty plus years of expertise in their respective design and manufacturing processes and their products have been used in countless mine and quarry operations in North and South America. While their products are relatively new to the global market, both manufacturers and Crushers International are set up to back all of their sales with expert pre and post sale engineering and consulting expertise as well as reliable access to after sales support through spare parts supply and service.
Is the product exportable?
Crushers International is using South Africa as its base in Africa and as such is prepared to deliver and service both Lippmann and Terex-Simplicity products throughout SADC and into greater Africa.
Background on the company marketing the product?
Crushers International is the factory authorized agent for both Lippmann and Terex-Simplicity for all of Africa. We have extensive experience in quarry operations in the southern USA and Latin America which gives us a competitive edge through hands-on operational knowledge of all types of crushing and screening equipment. We have been developing the SADC market for the past two and a half years and through these efforts have developed our close relationship with the two manufacturers we represent currently.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
Crushers International currently have several jaw crushers and portable screening and washing plants of various sizes in stock at our facilities in the USA. These are available for immediate export to the SADC market and will be backed by full factory warranty as well as commissioning support and spares supply.
